Without a shadow of a doubt, Autumn in London is my favourite time of the year. I love that we can start wearing snuggly knitwear and sleek jackets but it’s still warm enough that we don’t have to lug a fully-fledged coat around.
As a knitwear fiend, I’m happy to splurge on it but occasionally there’s a piece that pops up on the high street which is seriously impressive. I’ve been wearing this oversized orange knit non-stop recently. It is so cosy and incredibly warm. It couldn’t be more perfect for this time of year.
It really reminds me of my knitwear from I Love Mr Mittens which I invested in last year (read about it HERE & HERE). As much as I love them and think they’re worth every penny, there is no denying they are on the pricey side! I totally understand those that aren’t quite prepared to fork out £400 plus for one. Well, this is a pretty good dupe!
At £40, it’s obviously not anywhere near as weighty as the 100% wool ones from I Love Mr Mittens. Despite this, the chunkiness and cable knit detailing is really impressive! You can snuggle up in it, wear it shrugged off one shoulder or draped down your back. Whichever way it’s worn, it looks great. I’ve honestly had so many compliments when wearing it (shop it HERE).
I like knitwear to be oversized so I can cuddle up in up, which is why I bought this in a medium and it’s perfect. I highly suggest sizing up from your regular size.
As to be expected this has been selling like hotcakes. I put it on my Instagram Story around a week ago and since then it has almost sold out. As soon as I find amazing pieces I always share them on my Insta Stories. If you’re not following me on there I highly suggest you do and that way you can get first dibs on all the best shopping finds!
