I’m sure you’ve all had enough of seeing this denim jacket, so you’ll be glad to know we’ve reached the third and final look in this series. Although I warn you, you will still be seeing it pop up in future posts time and time again, as the obsession is REAL!
This look is all about your everyday style. The kind of outfit you can throw on with ease and run your errands in. It’s the perfect mix between easy-going and put-together.
If you’ve been a reader of this blog for a while, you’ll know I’m a huge advocate of wearing a jacket slung over the shoulders. I think it is the key to elevating any look from run of the mill to fashion forward! Hopefully, this outfit showcases that. What could be a simple pair of jeans and a top, looks so much more edgy and on-trend.
Across this 3-part series you’ve seen this ZARA jacket styled numerous ways including buttoned all the way up (see it HERE), shrugged right off the shoulders so it falls down the back (see it HERE) and in this post, balanced across the shoulders. To say this is a versatile jacket with ample ways to wear it, is simply an understatement.
Now that I’ve had it for a few weeks, I’m seriously reconsidering investing in the Balenciaga “Like a Man Denim Jacket” (see it HERE) which I was fairly set on before. I honestly believe this ZARA version does the job just as well. Why spend £850, when you can spend £49.99?!
Tomorrow I will be taking a long-haul flight and will be taking this on the plane with me. Given that it is so oversized it will double up as a blanket and keep that pesky and overzealous air conditioning at bay. I’ve also worn this out to a very fancy dinner, where I paired it over a pretty cocktail dress. In short, whatever the occasion you can make this jacket work.
I highly recommend everybody gets one stat! You can click HERE to read about sizing.
